This hero is easy however you must be well prepared with sufficient mana point at the early game. Aim for 3 wraith band at early game. Ancient Tango of Essifation is a starter. Earn as much money as possible and soon you're ready for you key item. Go for Battle Fury first, Satanic or Buriza-do Kyanon. For Battle Fury, buy Void Stone if you still have Tango left. You'll need mana to kill. Emphasize on damage and speed since you have some auto skill to help you killing.

For Skills, learn Mana Burn (2nd skill) first to burn every single mana point that opponent has. Then Impale (1st skill) which you use to stun opponent when they're escaping. It goes like this: Mana Burn, Impale, Attack. By repeating this step, you can kill, providing that you have sufficient mana point. Spiked Carapace (3rd skill) is least important which just to increase armor. Upgrade that only when you have 1st and 2nd skills maximized. Ultimate, Vendetta. This Ultimate is useful to both escaping and attacking. If you're not familiar with this skill, just use it to escape. If you're familiar, use it to backstab then do the step mentioned above to kill.

This hero is Mana King. You have to supply him as many mana point as you able to. In order to get a good play, get 2 or 3 Null Talismans first which you increase your mana point. Next, get Mystic Staff, Ultimate Orb and Void Stone for Guinsoo. This will increase your HP, MP, Dmg and most importantly ability to hex. With these key items done, you can now further improve yourself with items such as Buriza, Eye of Skadi and Ahganim's Scepter.

For skills, focus Overload (3rd Skill) and Static Remnant (1st skill) to help you farm. This hero can only kills when you have higher damage. Thus when you are confident with your damaging power, only then you upgrade Electric Vortex (2nd Skill) which works well with Static Remnant. Ultimate, Ball Lighting helps you to chase opponent and the same time to escape.

This hero is powerful when you have sufficient damage power and mana point. Once you get your items done, you'll become a powerful attacker in your game.

This hero seldom become powerful. The only thing to keep him up is by not letting him become a feeder. You must be brave enough to attack and kill at the early game. A late game is certainly not good for Rhasta. Thus, get 2 mantle of intelligent, circle of nobility and Ancient Tango of Essifation first. Later on, mana point is very important thus get items which contribute to additional mana point meanwhile health point (eg. guinsoo, blood stone, shiva's guard, aghanim specter) Please do not buy Battle Fury at this hero is not a melee type.

For Skills, all skill are important for this hero. You can first choose Hero Shackles (3rd skill) which binds target when your ally player is together. Forked Lighting (1st skill) grants only little damage. Voodoo (2nd skill) is very important just as Hero Shackles. If you've Rhasta is more likely a supporter even to his own Ultimate, Mass Serpent Ward. This Ultimate is used on target together with Voodoo and Hero Shackles. Mass Serpent Ward can also be used for tower pushing.

This hero is challenging in the sense of it's originate design as a supporter. For least ally heroes game, Rhasta has disadvantage.

This hero can be very powerful when you emphasize on attack speed. Therefore, you must have him power tread (any element) as fast as possible. You must be brave enough to attack and kill but please don't be feeder. Any damaging items is suitable for this hero but I suggest 3 wraith band at early game to give sufficient damage, life and attack speed and remember of Ancient Tango of Essifation. Next, you'll have power tread, vanguard, sange and yasha, butterfly and buriza.

For Skills, focus Spell Sheild (3rd skill) the least if your opponent is not intelligent hero. Able to Blink (2nd skill) fast is extremely important for this hero any time of the game. Mana break (1st skill) is second to come. Ultimate, Mana Void is only powerful towards those who are leaking mana only.

Basically, what you need to focus on this hero is his speed, attack and blink. That's all.

EIA is a study to identify, predict, evaluate and communicate information about the impacts on the environment of a proposed project and to detail out the mitigating measures prior to project approval and implementation.

The main steps are as follows:

Preliminary activities include the selection of a coordinator for the EIA and the collection of background information. This should be undertaken as soon as a project has been identified.

Impact identification involves a broad analysis of the impacts of project activities with a view to identifying those which are worthy of a detailed study.

Baseline study entails the collection of detailed information and data on the condition of the project area prior to the project's implementation.

Impact evaluation should be done whenever possible in quantitative terms and should include the working-out of potential mitigation measures. Impact evaluation cannot proceed until project alternative has been defined, but should be completed early enough to permit decisions to be made in a timely fashion.

Assessment involves combining environmental losses and gains with economic costs and benefits to procedure a complete account to each project alternative. Cost-benefit analysis should include environmental impacts where these can be evaluated in monetary terms(see Economic Analysis section).

Documentation is prepared to described to the work done in the EIA. A working document is prepared to provide clearly stated and argued recommendations for immediate action. Masonry is a construction whereby units are laid together to form a structure. It’s important for its strength, appearance, durability, resistance to water, noise and fire.
Materials that can be used for producing bricks (can shrink) are clay, sand-cement, calcium silicate and concrete.

Clay brick size in dimensional tolerance (MS 76/BS 3921: ASTM C62 215 x 102.5 x 65 mm) made of clay or shale is strong and durable. Main offers are compressive strength (5-100 N/mm2), water absorption, initial rate suction and efflorescence (salt soluble content). It was differed by colors, textures, size and density. Clay is small size (2 microns) affecting cohesiveness, forming characteristics, drying and firing properties. It can be graded as Severe Weathering: frost resistance, Moderate Weathering: Moderate resistance and None Weathering: Back up.

Aggregate types according to Specific Gravity are Lightweight, Normal weight, Heavyweight aggregate. The horizontal motion is preferable for shaking the sieve. Besides performing uniform istribution to the aggregate, it prevents collision between aggregates and sieve container that happens to break the particles into smaller parts. This increase the accuracy of the sieve result obtained. In addition, horizontal motion allows lesser dust escaped into the air compared with the vertical motion.

2. Should the amount of the shaking time be the same for all specimens?

Different specimens has different amount of the shaking time required. It is determined by type of samples used assuming the number of sieves used is fixed. Fine aggregate consumes more time compared to coarse aggregate. The main reason of this concept does not lie on the mesh size nor amount ratio but the weight of those tiny particles. Basically, mesh sizes used are always reasonable to its particle sizes. Imagine if the image of course aggregate with its suitable mesh was minimized, it becomes the picture of fine aggregate with its mesh just that the amount of particles are more likewise to the number of openings increased for fine aggregate. The ratio had become equal in this case.

However, the weights of particles subject to same shaking force applied made the different especially for shaking in vertical motion. Fine particle can be thrown higher than coarse particle with same force applied meanwhile lands slower than coarse particle when they are both in the air due to its lightness. Thus it needs longer time for each and every tiny particle to reach its receiver.

3. How would the grading of the aggregates for both coarse and fine, affect the workability and compressive strength of concrete?

Larger aggregate has smaller surface area compared to the finer aggregate which leads to lesser water needed for its mixture process. Generally, the amount of water added into the mixture is the main key to concrete’s workability and compressive strength. It will increase the workability of concrete somehow reducing its compressive strength.

Workability of concrete is defined as the ability of a fresh concrete mix to fill the form or mold properly with the desired work and without reducing the concrete’s quality.

Thus to reach optimum result for construction purpose, a well graded soil is needed as smaller size particles are to be filled into the voids between larger size particles in the concrete to reduce its porosity meanwhile achieving maximum compressive strength. It is a fact that economy crisis will contribute to less pollution. Nevertheless, economy crisis slows down the progress of research done to save the environment. A project of saving the environment is not an undemanding task. It involved enormous asset besides it is time consuming. Thus without sufficient model due to economy crisis, companies will tend to reduce their investments into the development of green programs, which is to recover the earth with trees. It is known as one of the ways to keep them surviving in commerce market. Their actions may does not stop the researches globally, yet it weakens the foundation of those programs which were succeeding. Large projects often result a company to be in debt when all plans clash. It is then uncertain as if these programs will discontinue. These discontinuing programs are wastes of money plus efforts which may perhaps implants the idea of building environment as a time slaying project to some companies. They will be discouraged on top of picking up the same program again even when the economy gets better. All in all, an unexpected occurrence of economy disaster could trigger the idea of seizing the development of saving our environment.

When economy crisis occurs, construction companies are contributing detriment to the environment as well. Both recession and retrenchment of the companies lead to diminishing of construction tasks or projects. Generally, a building can only be constructed after site clearing which trees are to be removed. During that short period of constructing, rain that pours will direct to soil erosion for the ground is not stable. Corrosion Definition and Control

Corrosion is the breaking down of essential substances of a solid body due to chemical reactions with its surrounding. It can also be defined as loss of electrons of metal due to reaction with water and oxygen particles which also commonly known as rusting. Corrosion can be concentrated locally forming a pit or crack on concrete structure or it may extend across a wide area resulting in deterioration of the structure. Generally, corrosion in concrete structure can be divided into two stages.

The first stage also known as penetration concrete cover. In the present of aggressive elements such as chloride and carbon dioxide in the surrounding, concrete cover is penetrated. Beginning at the surface of concrete and moving gradually towards the inner zone. When these aggressive agents reach the steel bar, the protective layer may be locally destroyed if the concentration is at the surface of steel bar reaches critical level. Penetration of carbon dioxide in concrete is also known as diffusion process. The reaction rate is higher when the concrete is in dry condition, however the carbonation reaction will not occur without the present of pore solution in concrete.

The duration of this stage is affected by the cover depth and corrosion rate of the aggressive agent as well as the concentration required to depassivate the steel bar. Therefore, the quality of concrete cover in terms of porosity, permeability and microclimatic conditions at the concrete surface is important factors to be considered in controlling the rate of ingress of the aggressive agents.

Corrosion begins when the protective layer of the reinforcement is broken down. Once this layer is destroyed, corrosion will occur with the presence of oxygen and water on the surface of the reinforcement whereas corrosion rate determines the time taken to reach the minimal acceptable state of structure. The corrosion rate may vary depending on the temperature and humidity of surrounding.

During the second stage of corrosion, propagation process begins when these aggressive elements are in rather high concentrations at the reinforcement level. Then the steel bar may undergo depassivation process where the metallic surface is reduced by aggressive agents and initiates rust growth. When reinforcement corrodes, it undergoes a more or less localized dissolution, and it is covered with unstable corrosion products which ultimately lead to breaking of concrete cover. The reduction of steel cross sectional area and simultaneous rust swelling induce significant decrease of the bonding between steel and concrete.
Protective Measures Applied to control corrosion
1. Construction Practices
Steel frames or reinforcement are usually protected from premature corrosion by painting. Therefore good geometric design and good practice is the important factor in successfully protecting the concrete structures from corrosion. Environment at building site are not conducive to refinements such as chemical, precleaning, conversion coatings, and automatic paint application. A rugged approach is inevitable and the quality of the results depends on the skill, conscientiousness, and supervision of those who carry out the work.
2. Design
Good design of concrete structures may protect the structure from corrosion. The lesser time water spends in contact with structure, the less is the chance of corrosion regardless of what type of painting used. Sources of water in this context are usually from rain, snow and internal sources by condensation. Therefore, to avoid trapping of water; angled sections must be oriented to drain freely. For example, box sections are end-capped or fitted with drainage hole. Additionally, crevices must also be eliminated to avoid oxygen-depleted water traps so that crevice corrosion will not occur. Traps in which dust and debris can accumulate and absorb condensate must also be eliminated.
3. Protection
In practice, bare rolled steel sections may carry patches as strongly adherent mill scale from hot rolling as purchased. These patches of mill scale can absorb water through the paint, forming an electrolyte that stimulates corrosion of the steal underneath the paint. Therefore, these patches should be removed by leaving the steel in a stockyard open to weather before assembly.
Painting or coating is expensive because it is labor intensive. Thus, in practice no more is applied than is needed. The treatment varies with the position within the structure. As an illustration, for building in contact with external side where conditions are most aggressive; it is necessary to use galvanized steel sections overlaid with a thick paint coating. However, concealed steel sections in the interior of a warmed air-conditioned building can sometimes be left uncoated. In short, thickness of paint should be adjusted to suit intermediate situations.

Durability and Spalling

Durability
The ability to endure. In this context, the durability of concrete structures however is synonymous with the ability of the concrete structures to last long without significant deterioration. Since durability under one set of conditions does not necessarily represent durability under another, thus a general reference to environmental factors is usually included when defining durability of concrete structures. According to ACI (American Concrete Institute) committee, durability of Portland cement concrete is defined as its ability to resist weathering action, abrasion, chemical attack or any other form of deterioration process. Durable concrete structures will retain its original form, quality and serviceability when exposed to environment. However, properties of materials change with time due to environmental interactions thus affecting the durability and causes failure of concrete structure. Concrete structure is assumed to reach the end of service life when its properties have deteriorated to the extent that continuing use of that structure is ruled either unsafe or uneconomical.

There are two main causes of concrete structures durability problems. First and foremost, the material related failures. Concrete deterioration can be caused by inappropriate use of materials. Concrete structures are mainly composed of cement (mainly Portland cement) as well as other cementitious materials such as fly ash, slag cement, chemical admixtures and et cetera. Each of these materials is added to serve different purpose. For example, chemical admixtures such as calcium chloride are added to accelerate the setting and early strength development of concrete. It is used particularly in cold weather applications and early removal of framework. Therefore, appropriate materials should be used depending on application and improper use of materials may result in failure. Additionally, poor construction practice is also one of the contributing factors to concrete deterioration. Missing frame anchors, misalignment of truss cleats, minimal fixings for window, incorrect truss spacing and poor fixing installation are typical example of poor construction practices that may lead to structures failure.

The second cause of concrete structures durability problems is environmental related failure. There are various damages caused by environment which result in concrete failure. The following are environmental condition that can affect the concrete durability:
1. Temperature

3. Physical factors
4. Chemical Factors
5. Biological
These factors are may be due to weathering conditions, abrasion, attack by natural or industrial liquid and gases, and biological agent. Consequently, these are contributing factors to major problems faced by concrete structures which are corrosion and spalling.

Spalling
Spalling of concrete structures can be described as deterioration of concrete causing breaking of layers or pieces of concrete from the surface of the concrete cover. In corrosion, spalling occurs when a substance of concrete sheds tiny particles of corrosion products as the corrosion reaction progresses. These corrosion products are not soluble or permeable. Water damage is one of the most common causes of concrete spalling. Water can penetrate into cracks in concrete and, when it freezes it can break apart the concrete. Also, water can rust the reinforcing steel bars inside a concrete structure; the expansion of rust will then caused spalling.

Selain itu, dorongan dalaman dalam jiwa seseorang juga merupakan faktor yang menyumbang kepada gejala keruntuhan akhlak ini. Bagi seorang remaja yang normal, dia akan mempunyai tarikan seksual terhadap jantina yang bertentangan dan akan terdorong untuk menjalinkan hubungan seks.

Berdasarkan Berita Harian, laman web lucah yang mudah dilayari turut menyebabkan pergaulan seks bebas meluas di hari ini. Kadar laman web lucah yang serendah 15 sen sehari ini menggalakkan ramai remaja terjerumus dalam dunia lucah yang kemudian hari menyebabkan peningkatan seks bebas. Menurut Suruhanjaya dan Multimedia Malaysia, daripada 25 laman web lucah yang terkemuka, hanya 2 yang dapat disekat. Hal ini juga jelas menunjukkan bahawa pencipta web laman lucah ini semakin berleluasa.

Contoh kes seks bebas
Salah satu daripada kes-kes akibat perlakuan seks bebas adalah seperti kejadian yang berlaku di England kebelakangan ini, seorang gadis yang bernama Chantelle, berumur 15 tahun telah didapati mengandungkan anak seorang remaja, Alfie yang berumur 13 tahun. Hal ini agak menggemparkan kerana mengikut statistic di England, Alfie merupakan ayah yang paling muda in Britain. Apabila ditanya oleh media, “Apakah yang menjadi sumber kewangan bagi anda menampung keluarga ini?” Alfie dengan sambil lewanya menjawab, “Apakah itu kewangan?” Dari hal ini, bolehlah kita perihalkan betapa naifnya remaja kini dan bagaimana mereka mentafsir kepentingan masa hadapan mereka. Mereka membuat perkara dengan terburu-buru tanpa mengira betapa berat beban yang akan dipikul kemudian hari. Selain itu, hal ini juga amat mengejutkan kerana selepas bayi tersebut dilahirkan, muncul lagi beberapa remaja yang berumur dari 13 tahum sehingga 16 tahun yang mengakui diri masing-masing sebagai ayah kepada anak yang baru dilahirlan. Ada yang mengaku mereka pernah menjalinkan hubungan seks dengan Chantelle setahun sebelum anak tersebut dilahirkan, sesetengah pula bersuara yang mereka adalah ayah kepada anak tersebut tetapi mereka berharap hal itu tidak benar kerana mereka tidak mahukan anak pada usia yang muda ini. Hal ini dijadikan topic perbualan orang ramai dan demi mencari kepastian, bayi tersebut akan dibawa untuk menjalankan ujian DNA untuk mengesahkan ayah kandungnya. Hal ini mudah menjelaskan seks bebas di antara remaja bukan sahaja menyebabkan hadapan mereka musnah dalam sekelip mata, maka juga menjadi buah mulut orang ramai serta menjatuhkan maruah diri dan keluarga masing-masing.

Pengguguran dan pembuangan bayi
Perlakuan seks bebas akan menyumbang kepada pengguguran dan pembuangan bayi. Pengguguran ialah pembuangan embrio atau janin dari rahim yang bertujuan untuk menghapuskannya. Pengguguran, pada zaman atom ini, merupakan satu cara pintas untuk menyelesaikan masalah selepas keseronokan. Remaja kini yang berfikiran tidak matang dan tidak berpandangan jauh tidak mempedulikan akibat yang perlu ditanggung atas perbuatan diri sendiri. Mereka hanya pentingkan keghairahan seketika tanpa memikirkan tanggungjawab yang perlu dipikul. Mereka berpengetahuan cetek dalam seksualiti dan cara pencegahan kehamilan. Oleh itu, mereka tidak mengambil langkah pencegahan kehamilan maka berlakulah kehamilan yang tidak diduga. Apabila hal sedemikian berlaku, mereka berasa takut untuk memikul tanggungjawab yang berat, berasa malu atas perbuatannya dan bimbang reputasi diri tercemar sehingga mengakibatkan mereka sanggup mengambil keputusan untuk menggugurkan kandungan mereka atau membuang bayi mereka.

Contoh kes pembuangan bayi
Pada masa ini terdapat kira-kira 40 peratus kehamilan tidak dikehendaki berlaku setiap tahun yang mana daripada jumlah ini 60 peratus akan digugurkan sama ada secara haram ataupun tidak. Pengguguran juga dilakukan untuk pemilihan jantina yang mana sekiranya janin yang dikandung bukan jantina yang dikehendaki, janin ini akan dibuang atau digugurkan. Biasanya, pengguguran haram banyak dilaporkan dilakukan oleh golongan remaja atau wanita yang hamil akibat melakukan hubungan haram. Pada tahun 2005, seorang bayi dijumpai berada di dalam beg di tapak pesta ria di Muar. Bayi tersebut ditemui oleh seorang pemandu lori yang berada dalam perjalanan menghantar barang di sebuah kilang berhampiran. Pemandu lori tersebut berkata bahawa dia berasa terkejut apabila beg yang dikutip itu, disangkanya wang tunai bergoyang. Apabila dia membuka zip beg itu, dia terperanjat kerana di dalam beg itu terdapat seorang bayi yang masih bernafas. Dia kemudiannya menghantar bayi tersebut ke hospital berdekatan. Bayi tersebut dikatakan baru dilahirkan berdasarkan tali pusatnya yang belum di potong.

Kesan-kesan seks bebas, pengguguran dan pembuangan bayi
Berdasarkan isu-isu semasa yang dibincangkan, jelaslah perlakuan seks bebas semakin menular di kalangan masyarakat terutamanya di kalangan remaja yang tidak berfikiran matang. Perlakuan seks bebas membawa banyak impak negatif. Antara kesan-kesan yang jelas kelihatan adalah peningkatan kes pengguguran dan pembuangan bayi. Pengguguran menyebabkan kesihatan wanita tersebut terjejas dan peluang untuk dijangkiti penyakit akan meningkat. Mereka berkemungkinan besar akan menghadapi masalah-masalah seperti kemandulan, jangkitan pada organ pembiakan dan kematian. Selain masalah-masalah fizikal yang telah dibincangkan, pengguguran juga akan mengakibatkan gangguan emosi dan mental seperti kemurungan, perasaan rasa bersalah, resah gelisah dan hilang keyakinan diri. Untuk kes pembuangan bayi, implikasinya jauh lebih serius berbanding dengan pengguguran. Hal ini disebabkan akan menjejaskan bukan sahaja individu tersebut malah lapisan masyarakat. Individual tersebut akan mengalami gangguan mental dan emosi tidak tenteram serta rasa bersalah. Lebih-lebih lagi, individu yang membuat perancangan untuk membuang bayinya tidak akan meminta bantuan perubatan dari doktor. Hal ini menyebabkan individu tersebut berkemungkinan kehilangan darah, jangkitan kuman dan kecederaan semasa bersalin. Tambahan pula, kadar kematian bayi akan meningkat kerana tidak mendapat jagaan perubatan yang rapi dan sempurna. Bayi yang dibuang akan mengalami masalah mental dan bersikap ekstrem jika tidak diberi tumpuan dan kasih sayang yang secukupnya. Masalah ini akan bertambah serius apabila mereka melangkah ke dunia dewasa. Sikap mereka yang ekstrem akan mendorong mereka ke arah penjenayahan.

Egoisme

Teori Eogisme yang menjadi penentang teori Kemoralan Sosial tidak menimbangkan peninggalan kesan-kesan buruk terhadap pihak kedua ataupun pihak ketiga selepas melakukan perbuatan tersebut. Dalam prinsip Egoisme, remaja boleh mementingkan diri sendiri iaitu mencapai keselesaan hidup dalam kelakuan seks bebas. Manakala penguguran bayi dan pembuangan bayi merupakan sesuatu kebaikan iaitu perbuatan melepaskan beban mereka yang akan dihadapi selepas berlaku seks.

Perbuatan yang dikatakan baik iaitu menikmati kepuasan hidup mereka melalui berlakunya seks dan menghapuskan kandungan mereka yang mendatangkan masalah pada masa depan. Samanya, perbuatan yang dikatakan buruk iaitu menahan nafsu sendiri walaupun berkeinginan ataupun menyimpan kandungan mereka walaupun mereka tidak berkemampuan. Dengan kata lain, perbuatan yang memwujudkan kemanfaatan dan mengelakkan kerugian terhadap diri sendiri mereka adalah baik. Peraturan masyarakat ataupun peraturan yang ditetapkan agama tidak dapat menghadkan kebebasan remaja. Remaja harus menentukan peraturan sendiri dan dikatakan maju. Dalam kehidupan mereka, pengorbanan tidak diperlukan semasa mengeksploitasi apa sahaja untuk hidup selamt. Dengan ini, hidup remaja akan menjadi menarik tanpa menimbangkan konsep ketuhanan dan agama. Teori Egoisme mengatakan remaja itu ketua kepada badannya sendiri.

Eksitensialisme
Dari sudut Teori Eksistensialisme di mana manusia dipandang sebagai suatu makluk bereksistensi yang mengkaji situasi sekeliling dengan kesadaran tersendiri, isu tersebut merupakan sesuatu yang wajar. Tindakan seks merupakan keinginan remaja mencapai kepuasan hidup. Kelakuan penguguran dan pembuangan bayi juga merupakan satu cara untuk meneruskan hidup remaja yang tidak berkemampuan. Dengan adanya situasi yang menjadikan pihak pertama mengalami masalah, cara yang terbaik adalah mengurangkan tekanan secara menghapuskan kandungan mereka. Remaja berhak melihat cara manusia sekeliling berada. Pilihan wajar yang mengelakkan masalah muktlak diutamakan. Seseorang remaja itu bertanggungjawab memilih cara penyelesaian masalah kerana mengetahui cara menempatkan dirinya.

Peraturan dan hukum agama tidak boleh menjadi halangan kebebasan pilihan remaja sekira pilihan itu pilihan remaja sendiri. Perbuatan seperti yang berada pada isu tersebut dikatakan bermoral sekira waktu itu adalah sesuai di mana ia tidak menyusahkan remaja. Teori Eksitensialisme mengatakan remaja itu ketua kepada pilihannya sendiri di mana pilihannya haruslah berdasarkan situasi mereka sendiri dan moral itu ditetapkan sendiri.

Islam
Fenomena seks bebas remaja iaitu hubungan seks tanpa ikatan nikah yang sah kini menjadi isu serius yang melanda di mana-mana Negara termasuklah Negara kita. Walaupun kesan terhadap perbuatan tidak bermoral ini diketahui orang ramai, akan tetapi berita berkaitan isu ini jelas terpapar di dada akhbar hampir setiap hari. Persoalannya, adakan punca kepada gejala ini berkaitan dengan kurangnya didikan agama di kalangan pemimpim masa depan negara kita?

Dalam konteks agama islam, perbuatan seks bebas adalah diharamkan. Menurut ajaran agama islam, salah satu asas utama agama Islam ialah Akhlak yang bermaksud tingkahlaku. Akhlak yang baik akan lahir apabila kita melakukan sesuatu perbuatan seolah-olah Allah melihat dan mengawasi setiap perbuatan. Maka, akhlak yang baik mestilah dipupuk dan dipelihara oleh setiap insan. Salah satu ciri akhlak seorang muslim ialah mencontohi akhlak yang baik dan meninggalkan akhlak yang tercela atau keji. Oleh sebab itu, perbuatan seks bebas jelas bertentangan dengan ajaran islam yang berpegang teguh kepada akhlak yang baik.
Selain daripada itu, Islam mementingkan 5 perkara yang perlu dijaga iaitu harta, Maruah, Akal, Nyawa dan Agama. Dalam konteks ini, perbuatan seks bebas adalah bercanggah dengan salah satu perkara tersebut iaitu maruah manakala pengguguran boleh dikaitkan dengan nyawa iaitu pemgambilan nyawa janin yang secara langsungnya bermaksud pembunuhan. Oleh sebab yang demikian juga, sesiapa yang tidak menjaga 5 perkara tersebut adalah dianggap berdosa besar dan mesti segera bertaubat. Dalam isu yang dibincangkan ini,salah satu punca kepada berlakunya gejala sosial ini mungkin bersangkut paut dengan kegagalan golongan remaja dalam mengawal hawa nafsu dan godaaan. Maka, dalam ajaran Islam, bagi mereka yang tidak dapat menahan keinginan, Islam menggalakkan umatnya menggunakan saluran lain seperti berkahwin atau berpuasa. Hubungan seks bebas tanpa perlindungan membawa kepada peningkatan risiko pengguguran di kalangan remaja yang masih mentah dan juga kes pembuangan bayi.
Pengguguran mengakibatkan kematian janin.Janin di dalam kandungan terbentuk dalam beberapa peringkat yang dikenali sebagai nutfah , alaqah , dan mudhghah. Peringkat terakhir ialah selepas berumur 121 hari iaitu sesudah ditiup roh insaniah ke dalamnya. Pada dasarnya, agama islam menyatakan pengguguran anak dalam kandungan adalah haram dan berdosa besar kerana pengguguran dianggap satu jenayah bunuh ke atas janin yang telah ditiupkan roh iaitu sebagai makhluk bernyawa. Malahan anak dalam kandungan adalah tidak berdosa. Walaubagaimanapun, pengguguran adalah dibenarkan pada pandangan agama Islam dalam keadaan tertentu. Contohnya untuk menyelamatkan nyawa ibu atas sebab-sebab kecacatan yang bersangatan.

Selain pengguguran, hubungan seks bebas remaja juga membawa kepada peningkatan kes pembuangan bayi. Perbuatan biasanya melibatkan golongan remaja yang bertindak terburu-buru mengambil tindakan demi kepentingan sendiri. Gejala ini bukanlah sesuatu yang baru dalam sejarah kemanusian manusia. Pada zaman jahiliah iaitu zaman kegelapan , gejala ini menjadi sebahagian daripada nilai masyarakat jahiliah. Mereka bukan sahaja membuang bayi perempuan, malah sanggup menanam anak perempuan mereka hidup-hidup demi menjaga maruah peribadi dan keluarga sendiri. Maka timbul isu-isu yang diperbincangkan, mengapakah remaja kita sanggup bertindak sedemikian seolah-olah manusia dalam masyrakat jahiliah yang tidak berperikemanusian? Perbuatan ini dianggap jahil pada pandangan Islam iaitu tidak mematuhi 5 perkara yang perlu dijaga. Justeru itu, jelasnya hal ini berlaku lantaran remaja kita tidak mempunyai pegangan agama yang tebal dan mudah dipengaruhi oleh desakan seksual mereka itu.

Buddha
Bagi agama Buddha, perlakuan seks bebas iaitu segala hubungan antara lelaki dan perempuan yang tidak diakui oleh undang-undang negara dan kemoralan sosial, kecuali hubuangan isteri suami adalah perbuatan yang tidak dibenarkan. Peraturan ini dipercayai dapat membawa kebaikan dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat dan amat menbantu dalam budidaya sendiri.
Mengikuti konsep Karma, perbuatan yang baik akan membawa kesan baik manakala perbuatan yang jahat akan membawa padah. Jika hendak mendapat karma yang baik, maka perlulah mematuhi lima rukun moral agama Buddha (Panca Sila) iaitu jangan membunuh, jangan mencuri, jangan berzina, jangan berbohong, dan jangan mengambil dadah atau arak yang boleh mengelirukan akal. Sebenarnya perlakuan seks dengan sesiapa yang bukan isteri atau suami juga tidak dibenarkan kerana ianya bersamaan dengan perbuatan berzina. Penganut agama Buddha mempercayai patuh kepada rukun ‘jangan berzina’ akan membawa keteteramann minda dan menjernihkan hati, jika selalu mematuhi rukun ini akan mendapat bodhi (bodhi adalah bahasa Pāli dan bahasa Sanskrit, ia bermaksud kefahaman, kebijiaksanaan dan jalan yang betul dan benar) yang benar dan akhirnya individu tersebut tiada hubungan lagi dengan dunia ini dan mencapai nirvana.

Terdapat juga empat kebenaran mulia dalam ajaran Buddha, iaitu Dukkha (penderitaan), Dukkha-Samudaya (punca penderitaan), Dukkha-Nirodha (menyingkirkan penderitaan) dan Dukkha-Nirodha Marga (jalan untuk menghapuskan penderitaan). Antaranya Dukkha-Samudaya bermaksud punca penderitaan adalah keinginan dan nafsu yang kuat. Keinginan dan nafsu ini akan didorong oleh kejahilan. Nafsu adalah salah satu punca penderitaan manusia untuk memperolehi kekayaan dan keseronokan yang tiada penghujungnya. Manakala Dukkha-Nirodha bermaksud apabila keinginan dan hawa nafsu dihapuskan maka penderitaan dapat diatasikan. Manusia haruslah menghapuskan atau mengatasi nafsunya untuk mengelakkan penderitaan. Perlakuan seks bebas adalah berpunca daripada hawa nafsu yang tidak terkawal, maka hendaklah mengatasi nafsu untuk berseks demi mengelakkan penderitaan seperti kesedihan pengguguran atau pembuangan bayi.

Pengguguran bayi ialah salah satu kesalahan yang serius dalam peraturan atau rukun agama Buddha, kerana salah satu nilai dari lima rukun moral agama Buddha (Panca Sila) ialah jangan membunuh, dan dalam agama Buddha, pengguguran adalah sama dengan membunuh, Hal ini disebabkan dosa menggugur bayi setimpal dengan dosa membunuh. Selain itu, pengguguran adalah salah satu dosa dalam 5 dosa yang paling berat, iaitu membunuh ibu bapa, membunuh arahat, menggugur bayi, membunuh sami, dan menhina atau merosakan patung Buddha. Dosa ini akan mengakibatkan mereka jatuh ke dalam neraka wu jian. Neraka ini dikelilingi dengan tembok besi yang setinggi 10 000 kilometer dan penuh dengan barak api yang sangat panas. Bagi sesiapa yang jatuh ke dalam neraka ini mereka akan mengalami derita yang paling berat dan tiada peluang untuk lahir ke dunia manusia atau dunia lain lagi.

Di samping itu, salah satu nilai dalam nilai moral agama Buddha ialah baik hati kepada semua makhluk iaitu menyayangi dan menghormati makhluk lain kerana semuanya juga mempunyai hak untuk hidup. Maka pengguguran juga bermaksud telah merampaskan hak bayi itu untuk lahir atau hidup di dalam dunia ini. Walaupun dosa membuang bayi tidak seberat mengguguran bayi, akan tetapi pembuangan bayi tetap membawa penderitaan kepada bayi itu sama ada bayi itu masih kecil atau masa hadapannya, maka mengikut prisip karma, pembuang bayi juga akan menerima karma yang tidak baik. Perbuatan ini akan meninggalkan kesan yang buruk kepada yang melakukannya, ianya akan mencorakkan perwatakan atau mengubahkan nasib orang tersebut sama ada dalam hayat ini atau hayat yang berikutnya. Contoh yang biasa dapat diperhatikan adalah seperti sering sakit, menghidapi penyakit aneh, berjumpa dengan perkara yang aneh. Ringkas kata, apa yang lahir semula itu bukan jiwa tetapi hasil perlakuan sesuatu makhluk atau perwatakannya pada hayat sebelumnya.

I am sure you all have heard of 'pick pocket'.
A new trend 'push pocket'.
Read on.. for your own good

A few days ago a new type of crime has surfaced in town.
It goes something like this:-
Somebody slips a hand-phone into your pocket,
sometimes it could be just a wallet with
an identity card and a few ringgit.

A few minutes later, the 'owner' comes up
and confronts you, the 'thief '.
He makes a big commotion that you stole his stuff.

You, caught unaware, are then pulled aside by the
'owner' for a settlement. You are intimidated and threatened
that if you do not pay up the police will be brought in.
If you pay up, this 'owner' lets you go.
If not, the police are brought in.

Another strange thing is that there always seems
to be a 'witness' to your 'theft'.

I am told this often happens to foreigners at
the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA)
or even at LRT trains.
Given that you're 'guilty until proven innocent'
as far as t he Malaysian police are concerned,
I understand some poor people are in jail for
these 'offences'.

At the KLIA, the 'owner' throws his hand-phone and
wallet with the few ringgit notes into the luggage
trolley of a just arrived passenger.
The drama unfolds a few minutes later.
The real culprit has easily convinced our Malaysian police
to arrest the real victim (if he has not paid up the 'settlement' demand).
This is a very serious matter.

This is another form of extortionists operating in broad daylight.
They are disgusting criminals who will do anything
to rob and steal. The sickening part of the whole
scenario is that unless you pay the 'quoted settlement' money,
they will put you in real trouble by calling the police.

The real culprit gets back his hand-phone
and wallet but the real victim ( i.e. could be any one of us)
is thrown into the police lock up and charged in court.

So do be very careful,
otherwise you may end up as a 'thief'
as you have no way to prove your innocence.

It's so embarrass to admit that I busted my tears even when I started watching the first episode. Indeed I'm making myself into their situation. I asked myself, what will I do if I'm in the story?
This touching series is base on true story about a girl who was diagnosed with an incurable degenerative disease at 15. She slowly lost control of every part of her own body but she lived on with her dairy in hand until she could no longer hold a pen. According to my research, it was invented by a lecturer named Erno Rubik in Budapest, Hungary at 1974. He taught interior design and his idea of teachings were often demonstrated through actual models made by him.

That time, Rubik was thinking of "How could the blocks move independently without falling apart?" before he started designing the structure. After few attempts, his finally found the solution which to have the blocks hold themselves together by their shape.

When the Cube was completed, Rubik demonstrated it to his students and friends to play with it. Amazingly, the Cube became famous in no time. Few years later, Rubik worked with a manufacturer to allow mass production of the cube which to be available on toy store shelves in Budapest. The cube was then being introduced to the United States and so on.

MahJong is one of our favorites games during Chinese New Year. Well, not only when it's Chinese New Year. In film especially the Hong Kees, you can see the old as well as the young are playing. It is an ideal game for time spamming =)

We don't really care where this game was originated from (Should it be China or Hong Kong? Nothing to do with us) Hehe... This game needs at least 3 players and maximum of 4. [13-tile each for 3 persons and 16-tile each for 4 persons] (What is tile? Tile is shown in picture above^^)

So how do we play Mahjong(4 persons)?
-Random the tiles by mixing them together.
-Each player arrange a double layers 19 columns as shown above.
-Determine the host by throwing the dices (Only for the first game. The winner of first game will host for the next game) Counting oneself as 1 [clockwise].
-Host determines the second dice thrower by throwing the dices again.
-The second dice thrower throws the dices to determines where host shall collects the tiles.
-Starting from the host, everyone draw 4 tiles by turn [anti-clockwise] for 3 rounds. At the forth round, host takes 2 tiles with a skip in the middle [1st layer] whereas the rest take only 1.
-Once the game starts, each player take turns to draw and discard the tile.
-The draw sequence can be interrupted and rearranged by the bid of "Tse","Pung", and "Gaung", or the game can be finished by any player declaring "Hu" (Mahjong).

Getting Points

A "Tse" contains 3 tiles in numerical sequence of the same suit. An example of "Tse" is 5, 6, 7 of Circles. The Honor Suit Tiles, Flower Suit Tiles and Animal Tiles cannot be used in a Tse. However, you can only perform "Tse" when the player before you discard the tile you want or you wanted to "Hu" the game.

A "Pong" contains 3 tiles of the same number and suit. An example of a "Pong" is 5, 5, 5 of Circles. The Flower Suit Tiles and Animal Tiles cannot be used in a "Pong".

If your head is overheated, there's a good chance you'll yawn soon, according to a new study that found the primary purpose of yawning is to control brain temperature.

The finding solves several mysteries about yawning, such as why it's most commonly done just before and after sleeping, why certain diseases lead to excessive yawning, and why breathing through the nose and cooling off the forehead often stop yawning.

The key yawn instigator appears to be brain temperature.

"Brains are like computers, they operate most efficiently when cool, and physical adaptations have evolved to allow maximum cooling of the brain."

The new findings also explain why tired individuals often yawn, since both exhaustion and sleep deprivation have been shown to increase deep brain temperatures, again prompting a yawn-driven cool down. Yawning additionally appears to facilitate transitional states of the brain, such as going from sleep to waking periods.

"It is interesting to note that instances of excessive yawning in humans may be indicative of brain cooling problems, abouts of excessive yawning often precede the onset of seizures in epileptic patients, and predict the onset of headaches in people who suffer from migraines.

In the future, researchers may focus more on brain temperature and its role in diseases and their symptoms. But the new study on yawning changes the popular notion that yawns are mere signs of boredom.

On the contrary, "yawning more accurately reflects a mechanism that maintains attention, and therefore should be looked at as a compliment!"

This hero is easy but tricky. You can actually do more than just what other did. Get 3 Gauntlet of Strengths and Ancient Tango of Essifation at early game. Earn as much money as possible and soon you're ready for you key item. Just like other strength heroes, go for Battle Fury first, Satanic or Buriza-do Kyanon. For Battle Fury, buy Void Stone if you still have Tango left. You'll need mana to kill. Emphasize on damage and speed since you have some auto skill to help you killing.

For Skills, all skill are important for this hero. You might be thinking of focusing Thunder Clap(1st skill) which slow and damage the target but that's not really a good idea. In fact, focusing on Drunken Brawler(3rd skill) and Drunken Haze(2nd skill) is better. Skill upgrade should go like this: Thunder Clap, Drunken Brawler, Drunken Haze, Drunken Haze, Drunken Haze... This is to help you start killing at early game. Drunken Haze target, hit it with Drunken Brawler effect and Thunder Clap when Haze effect goes weaker. Repeat these steps. Ultimate, Primal Spirit. This Ultimate is useful to both escaping and attacking. If you're not familiar with this skill, just use it to escape. If you're familiar, use Earth to stun and Storm to cyclone while chasing target hero. Fire to keep attacking.

This hero is a little tricky. Having a short range spell casting but it's certainly powerful. In order to get a good play, get a Arcane Ring first which you will first buy a protection ring and a recipe then a energy booster. Next, get Mystic Staff, Ultimate Orb and Void Stone for Guinsoo. This will increase your HP, MP, Dmg and most importantly ability to hex. With these key items done, you can now further improve yourself with items such as boot of travel, Eye of Skadi and Ahganim's Scepter.
For skills, focus on Death Pulse(1st Skill). With Arcane Ring in hand, Sadist(3rd Skill) and Diffusion Aura(2nd Skill) can be upgraded together by turn. His ultimate skill Reaper's Scythe is the best. You must get it at level 6 in order to be a perfect killer. Once a hero get into red life, just use his Ultimate skill on target.

This hero is quiet easy to use if you know the trick. Once you get your items done, you'll become a powerful killer in your game.

Dota - Axe, Mogul Kahn Guide

This is the easiest hero I ever meet. All you have to do is first buy 2 Stout Shields. Focus on getting the first Vanguard then the second. After that, make yourself as tankable as you can by adding your strength with suitable items such as Heart of Terrasque, Satanic or Sange and Yasha. If you are rich enough, get an Assault Cuirass too. You can play with Lothar Edge if you want to.

For skills, focus on Counter Helix(3rd Skill) and Berserker's Call(1st skill). The Battle Hunger(2nd Skill) is not really useful when you encounter with non-mage heroes, so don't waste your time thinking about it. I don't have to talk about the Ultimate skill right? Just get it when you're lv6 and use it at the correct timing.

This hero is super easy to use when you know the trick. I guarantee you'll get bored after using him for sometimes. Hah~

Earn as much money as possible before night comes. As soon as night arrives, return to base to get both Boots of Speed and Glove of Haste. If you are rich enough, upgrade your Gauntlets to Bracers. You must start hunting in the first night. Aim weaker heroes to kill. Until the sun rises again, you stop killing and continue with your farming. Better not trying to kill heroes at day. Go for Satanic, Battle Fury or Buriza-do Kyanon.

Skills, focus on Void(1st skill) which to slow target at night. Hunter in Night(2nd skill) is your second concern. You must have this skill ready for every night hunting especially the first night. Crippling Fear(3rd skill) least focus, usually ready for heroes that use skill to escape in night. If there is no heroes like that in your match then you're lucky. Ultimate, Darkness. Get it ready whenever you can. Activate it during day when you feel like killing.

This is hero is quiet difficult to use as she starts with a both low life and defense. The key to get her stronger is to buy Circlet of Nobility first, where you'll have longer life at the same time mana point. Of course you need some Tango.

You don't have to bother to upgrade circlet to Wraith Band. Concentrate on getting Mask of Death then Mask of Madness, this helps you to gain attack speed to farm at the same time movement speed to escape. You're not ready to kill hero at this point.

Next, Battle Fury. Now, your damage is high enough to help you to suck life with Mask of madness. It's your time to kill. Basically, these are the key item that you should get for using Mortred.

Skills, focus more on Blink Strike(2nd skill) which helps you to escape in early game and late game to kill. If you have a good teammate then you can take Shodow Strike(1st Skill) to slow enemy or else Blur(3rd skill) for self defence.

Lots people claimed to have problems using this hero as she has a very low HP. However if you were to compare, almost every intelligent hero has the same value of HP. My suggestion on correcting this problem is to buy them 3 Null Talismans in the early game.

Now, intelligent heroes are powerful early game attackers but many times they are lacking of Mana Point. Thus, get her 3 Mantle of Intelligents first. Only then transform each to Null Talisman. What is important to you now is HP at the same time MP. Intelligent heroes can't survive without high HP and MP.

This hero's Ultimate Skill is freezing field, a channeling spell. If you don't feel like being disturbed while channeling, get a lothar edge or black king bar. I would suggested lothar as majority hero couldn't dispelled you when you are in invisible state. Even if the channeling was broken, you're still be in the invisible state that you can escape from scene.

Believe me. She's a very powerful hero.

Tidus
The son of Jecht and was brought to Spira from the dreamworld Zanarkand when Sin visits it. He is energetic, optimistic, and good-natured young man. Tidus is the only one who does not knowing anything about his surroundings, but eventually he gains leadership qualities and becomes the leader of the team.

Yuna
The daughter of High Summoner Braska and an Al Bhed, sis of Cid. She was brought up in Besaid Island and grown up to be a reserved and soft-spoken summoner who always puts others before herself. In battle, she's the sole summoner and acts as a White Mage as well.

Kimahri Ronso
An exile of the Ronso tribe who Biran broke his horn off and left left Mt. Gagazet in disgrace. He was discovered by Auron near Bevelle and took Yuna to Besaid just before Auron died. After Yuna became a summoner, he devoted himself to protect Yuna and eventually became her guardian. Kimahri seldom speaks.

Wakka
A blitzball player like Tidus and a follower of the Yevon order. He made Tidus as Yuna guardian seeing his similarity to Chappu, Wakka's younger brother. He is also a strong believer in Yevon's teachings. In battle, Wakka's long-range attack works against flying enemies and he can cause status problems as well.

Lulu
Lulu grew up in Besaid Island and she was initially romantically involved with Wakka's brother, Chappu until his death, she became rarely smiles. She is a very knowledgeable women who usually explains everything to Tidus. In battle, Lulu's plays the role of a Black Mage.

Auron
He was initially a guardian of Lord Braska. When he learned the truth about the Final Summoning, he attacked Yunalesca and was killed, but was never Sent. Somehow, Auron vow to Jecht that he'll protect Tidus and Yuna throughout Yuna's journey. In battle he's the strongest character with armor-piercing weapons.

Rikku
A the daughter of Cid, leader of the Al Bhed and a cousin of Yuna. She tries to capture Yuna that she could fails to get the Final Aeon. In fact, she is the one who tells Tidus about the truth of Final Aeon. However, she joined the party as a guardian too later on. In battle she is able to dismantle robotic enemies and steal items.

Seymour Guado
He kills his father, Lord Jyscal, to become a maester. His mother turn herself into a fayth to an Aeon (Anima) in order to give him more power. He decides to become Sin.

Knowing sacrificing summoner is not the true way to stop Sin permanently, Yuna and her guardians decide to seek a new way. The party entered Sin's shredded body to end Sin's cycle of rebirth forever using a forbidden machine airship salvaged by the Al Bhed. However, Yuna discovered that she lose Tidus after her final battle. Where is Tidus?

Finally it will be something about the "EightDiamond Stone Mission".If you haven’t accept this mission, I would advise players not toaccept it first as this is one of the most difficult BT mission evermade unless if you're earning money from doing it. Although players areeligible to accept this mission but it is recommended only when you'vereach level 60 then you might probably want to go for it. First of all, go to EightMile Corporal and accept the ‘Asura Pond’mission, it will direct you to the Guardian at Fifth Ridge. TheGuardian would then ask you to get 55 Spear from the Mine Servant atDungeon. After collecting 55 spear, the Guardian will then order you tokill 75 Mine Guard and Sentinal Beast each. Once that is done, you’reprompted to kill 100 Mine Fighter and Mine Warlock each. Finally, theGuardian will command you to kill the Mine Devil (BOSS). Once all thatis accomplished, the mission is then consider complete and you will getan EightDiamond Stone as a reward. It is advisable to have a team of 6which comprise of level 55 and above for this assigned task. This is arepeatable quest.

After the Undead was defeated in the early session of reign of chaos, peace was in the world. However, Undeads were regrouping their armies once again secretly. Arthas who was a Human turned to Undead when he started to seek more power, the Lich King. Night Elves were doing nothing this time whereas Illidan is the only one who is currently a demon-elf acts to destroying Lich King. Meanwhile, Warden Maiev the prison guard is after Illidan. One power is not enough. Illidan thus call forth Blood Elves and Nagas from their prisons to serve him. Who shall be the winner upon reaching Lich King throne? Arthas or Illidan?

Several updates had done to this session. Each races has one new heroes and buildings. Yet, Blood Elve race and Naga race are still not to be played as they are believed to affect the game balancing.

This game can be played in Campaign mode(Story mode), Multiplayer mode(Online Battle) and LAN mode(Local Area Network).
